Obesity is now a global epidemic.  USA is the most obese Country in the world, and my country, Australia, is quickly catching up with the states.  Also, of a lot more concern is the growing number of kids that are obese who are thinking that food that is fast is a normal option to take in.

A bit about myself, I’m a middle aged guy, thirty six years old.  Large boned, I have discovered I’ve consistently struggled with the weight of mine and body image.  I like the food like most people, and I’m a vegetarian as well, did I point out I adore beer also? : (.
