An ideal Diet to overcome Both Type 1 and Type two Diabetes!

I have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for more than 10 years back. And I have lived above 2 years with no insulin, with normal blood sugar levels, by changing my diet and exercising more. Here’s an example of the diet with which I was able to prevail over diabetes!

An example of my favorites diabetic-friendly breakfast is a bowl of cereals with dry fruits and nuts. However, not any of them!! I choose natural, unsweetened whole cereals, for example several of Nature’s Path products, or just soaked or slowly cooked oatmeal, spelt, millet or buckwheat.
